My thoughts: Green stool can be caused by wormwood, but most probably indicates an intestinal infection. Since you are a known patient of fissure in ano, the cause is usually due to the same. I would advise you the following: First of all get the stool tested for 3 consecutive days. Tests of blood: CBC, liver, pancreatic and kidney function along with for thyroid, diabetes and so on. Urine tests: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. Ultrasonography of the abdomen. Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon along with proctoscopy and colonoscopy. To get the proper diagnosis and stat on a proper treatment of antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics and see the results. If required you may need surgery for the fissure in ano to get a permanent cure. Till then take soft bland diet. Sitz bath Laxatives to soften the stools.
