Urologist 's  Response
Hi
If you have got pain in bladder area when bladder is full, one of the things to rule out is interstitial cystitis. Most such patients also have urgency and frequency of urination.
Please contact an urologist to get an ultrasound of your urinary tract and pelvis and a cystoscopy.
The other possibility is endometriosis.
