What Causes Burning In Chest With Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

I have burning in my chest every now and then I get dizzy and blurry vision every now and then and my left side has discomfort every now and then it's no certain time when it comes and I haven't eaten in 5 days and pooping but it black whats going on?

I can understand your situation and problem.
By your history and description, possibility of hypertension and heart disease is more.
Left sided chest pain, dizziness, blurring of vision etc are seen in hypertension and cardiac diseases.
So better to consult doctor and get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. Ecg
3. 2d echo.
All these are needed to rule out cardiac cause.
If these are normal then acute gastritis can cause similar symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Start proton pump inhibitors.
