Hi, I am a 30 year old mother of two, I had my tubes tied two years ago, However, for the past few days I have been experiencing a burning my lower abdominal area with a runny discharge that has an odor! However, I have been having unprotected sex. I just want to get some advice

This could be a feature of pelvic inflammatory disease so I will advise you to start a doxycycline tablet course along with a lactobacillus based shampo. Also, start a pantoprazole course.
