What Causes Burning Pain Around Vagina Post Intercourse?

For the best 3 years I have been dealing with symptoms such as, burning around the vagina only after sex and after urinating. A constant feeling like pressure only in my urethra, my clitoris seems sensitive and when touched almost triggers a feeling like I need to pee. I have had cystoscopies and swabs and everything under the moon done to me and every thing comes back clear and negative. There was a point in time 3 years ago hen I had a UTI and then also an STI, both treated, but have never felt the same down below. The feeling like I have pressure in my urethra has been around constantly and has become very very irritating! :( Any ideas of what this could be? and how I can help get this treated? I am a 29 year old single female. I don t feel like explain to a new boyfriend why I have to sleep with an ice pack between my legs just to try to be able to fall asleep. Any help with this please!! I am at my wits end. I have been diagnosed and treated for: STI (Chalmydia) UTI s, Ureoplasma in the last 3 years. Thank you in advance for your help and advice.

Your doctor will send your urine and the uretheral swab for microscopic / sensative test for various fungal examination. You might have fungal infection deep seated. The long acting and low blood level bacteriostatic antibiotics potentiate growth of the fungal infection.
You might felt worst after each antibiotic course of the tretatment. The alone treatment by the local antifungal cream or vaginal creams will not help as you need systemic treatment too with local. Please try Cap Fluconazol 150 mg once weekly for six to eight weeks along with the vaginal cream and Metazol 400mg BD for five days. No antibiotics now. Your partnet shouls also take treatment with you and you avoid sex during the treatment.
