What Causes Burning Pain In The Penis After Intercourse?

Hi i have a problem that only arises after consumption of alcohol after intercourse and ejaculation i have overwhelming urge to pee accompanied by burning pain in head of penis. This is pretty uncomfortable and lasts for 30 to 40 mins any ideas? Thanks
