What Causes Burning Sensation Above The Navel Area?
I have a burning sensation slightly above and to the right of my belly button. Burning such as a pulled muscle not indigestion. It has been there several days.nyesterday I also started having severe pain in my center right back to where I can t breathe but only if zi move a certain direction
HI. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Burning type of pain on the right side of belly button followed by pain in the right side of back making it difficult to breath and increasing in intensity on moving in a particular position indicate there there may be a nerve compression at the back causing local pain that increases on moving in a certain position. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult your Doctor as soon as possible. X-ray of the back to know the preliminary cause and get the MRI of the affected area to know the exact cause so that a proper evaluation can be done. Once diagnosed properly then the treatment becomes specific. Till then take a painkiller that suits you. Stop moving around and take full bed rest. Apply rubefacient locally.
Take care. With Regards.
