What Causes Burning Sensation After Bowel Movement?

I have a burning sensation after i have a bowel movement and then i go again soon after and leak yellow mucus, when i woke up the first thing i do is cough up yellow mucus. People say i smell like feces and i think i have leaky gut syndrome, I ve had this since i was about 12/13 now im 28 and it has taken my life from me. Please help

You have problem of burning sensation at abdomine and yellow mucus like stool.

Intestinal infection like ulcerative colitis may cause abdominal burning sensation.
Crohn's disease may ruled out.
Colonoscopy is helpful for diagnosis.

Gastritis may cause burning sensation in stomach.

Too much fatty foods and spicy foods may cause burning sensation at abdomine.
Stress may aggravate a condition.

Too much alcohol drinking may cause this type of problems.

Lactose intolerance may cause loose stool and burning sensation while taking dairy products.

Stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis.
