What Causes Burning Sensation After Eating Shelcal 500?

Hello there, am using Shelcal 500mg so as to cut down on bad fats in the body. However, even a single tablet a day i have extreame internal burning sensation.. Had visited docter for this for which they prescribed Pantop 20. Can you suggest why is this burning sensation in the body, is there any lighter dose of Vit D3 with lessor calcium carbonate ..

Hello,

This is drug induced gastritis. Along with pantop, antacid syrup, dietary measures and taking half dose of Shelcal medicine will solve the issue. Always consume the drug after meals only.
