What Causes Burning Sensation And Bleeding While Urination?
Hello. I woke up early The morning with my lower part burning and like i had to Lee really bad. So when I went pee I started wiping blood and the more bits that a pee the blood is sometimes darker. Every time I pee now it burns and even when I go and sit down it burns. I am on nexplanon for birth control. And now when I just went pee I saw little red spots (smaller than a freckled.) Whar could this be?
Hello Looking at your description this might be related to inflammation or infection of the urogenital tract. I see patients with such complaints in my clinic routinely and I would advise then for battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, liver function test, Blood sugar coagulation profile and urine culture and sensitivity tests or an ultrasound lower abdomen
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision Meanwhile have plenty of fluids to maintain good hydration which will.also help by flushing off the urogenital track Hot water bath or hot hip bath will definitely help you
