What Causes Burning Sensation And Blood In Urine?

my dad is peeing blood and he said it was burning every time he pees. my dad's name is brad. hes 38 years old and he is feeling like crap. and he looks like it hurts real bad. can you tell me what it is and how to help the problem. i am 15 years old i am his son wesley. i am worried.
