What Causes Burning Sensation And Bloody Discharge While Urinating?

Hi.I had a baby 7 months ago and the last 4 months wen i have a wee it hurts n burns but the last few weeks iv had either lite blood or little lumps of blood sumtyms wen I wipe.but wen i wee it burns ? What could it be? Im 20 years old and about 15 stone! And eat a lot of junk if im honest!
