What Causes Burning Sensation And Cramps In The Feet?

I am suffering from burning feet and also cramps in my feet. I was never diagnosed with diabetes and just got my blood work done, but since last week, I have tingling feeling on the soles of my feet and spoke with my doctor who doesn t seem to know what the problem is. I am already a basket case, but I am hoping and praying that whatever the problem is, I can get the help I need.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel ,Orthopedic Surgeon.

In your case I would suggest two possibilities-

1. Slipped disc or spinal canal stenosis causing pressure on the nerves.
For this condition pill gets an MRI of lower lumbar spine.

2. Could be a deficiency of vitamin B12.
Get Vitamin B12 levels. The treatment would depend on the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gopal Goel,
