What Causes Burning Sensation And Tingling In Foot Before Periods?

One or two days before my period, my left foot burn, tingles and ache a lot to the point I can walk on it. Once my period start the pain decreases and disappear. I have also noticed some bruising on the lower left leg right above my ankle which is sore to the touch.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like radiculopathy , cervical spondylosis , herniated disk , peripheral neuropathy , neuralgia , multiple sclerosis , vitamin B12 deficiency , hypoparathyroidism or hormonal imbalance . I would suggest you to consult gynecologist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test along with other test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may give hormonal therapy or refer you to endocrinologist for thyroid problem .
