What Causes Burning Sensation And Tingling In Foot Before Periods?
One or two days before my period, my left foot burn, tingles and ache a lot to the point I can walk on it. Once my period start the pain decreases and disappear. I have also noticed some bruising on the lower left leg right above my ankle which is sore to the touch.
