Hello,
Anal intercourse often leads to burning sensation at the penile tip or soreness of the penis as the anus lacks lubrication, the tissue inside the anus is more sensitive and prone to tear or bleed increasing the likelihood to spread sexually transmitted infections. Get your morning sample of urine examined (R/E and C/S) at a pathology lab to check for infection, if any you will be treated accordingly.
In the meanwhile, increase your fluid intake and apply
candid B cream before passing urine. Get clinically examined by a
urologist. There are pleasure points around the anus. Instead of anal intercourse, you and your partner can play digitally to stimulate them. Get tested for STI, if positive both of you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals.
Get clinically assessed for
erectile dysfunction. It can be reversed once the injured penis gets healed and infection goes. If not you will be recommended few medicines and explained techniques by a Physical therapist to make it better. Get connected to a Urologist & a Physical therapist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
