Hello,

From the given symptoms it seems that your penis is inflamed. This is common and could happen due to some mild infection or masturbation. Burning sensation could be due to the inflammation of the urethra. It is most commonly due to bacterial infection of the urinary tract affecting the bladder. Therefore there is nothing to worry and you should drink lots of water and consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
