What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination And Watery Blood Discharge After Wiping?

I am a 16yr old female. I had unprotected sex yesterday with my boyfriend and i am on the pill and today I constantly feel like I have to pee, but when I go hardly anything comes out and it also burns badly. Also, i dont pee blood but when i wipe, some like watery blood comes out. I have had sex before but this has never happened before.
