Hello

Burning sensation during urination may suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).UTI may be due to many reasons.Females are more prone to UTI due to short urerthra.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity.
Nitrite and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.

You may need to take full course of antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water.
You can take alkacitron syrup.

Get well soon.
Take Care
