What Causes Burning Sensation In Both The Eyes?

last 8 months i am having burning sensation in both eye and dryness on both palms. All tests incl cect abdm ,chst.tb feron,pcr.tibc done. all nad except low rbc.can it b due to vit def?i have at least 6 med spl in fortis in mohali. What to do next? I am presently on antidepr med xet cr 37.5.i m 39 yrs.

it can be dry eye or in anxiety neurosis this can happen. in any case you should use artificial tear drop like refresh eye teardrop 3times stripteaser can be done to asses tear secretion or deficiancyfortis is a good hospital. you can continue your consultation and treatment
