Hi, this is Satya from New Delhi India, I am 35 male, 75 KG, This is my problem : The bottom of my foot keeps getting burning hot and then it goes away. It's almost like if I've been running for awhile and the ball of your foot gets hot afterwards. It's annoying but I don't know why it keeps doing this. Thanks Satya

This Burning Sensation is Neuropathy. You need to undergo NCS to find whether it is Axonopathy or involvement of the Myelin Alone or both
Definitive treatment depends on the cause of neuropathy
Till then you can use Drugs like Gabapentin, Pregabalin etc for temporary symptomatic relief
