What Causes Burning Sensation In Hands And Feet After Taking Vitamin Supplements?
Dear Dr. My name is Olivia and i've been suffering from some health issuse for past 2 days. I had gone to collect my report of blood tests that were done. The report said that I have less of Vitamin D3. (24.8). I had some roadside dosa before going to the doc with the report. My Dr. said that I should be taking vitamin D injections. He gave me one injection and told me to take Pandol tablet before food and Stalopam Lite by 10:30 at night after dinner. The next morning at 6 am. I started feeling breathless and I was getting a burning sensation in my hands, arms, shoulders and in stomach to heart. This continued for one full day. My mother in addition gave me an avurvedic medicine Javerian's Jivan Mixture. I'm a bit better now. But I still feel a bit of breathing problem which I feel connected to my stomach. I have discontinued the tablets for a while. But i wanted to know how did such thing happen to me? Is it due to the overdose of meds. or a reaction of the medicines or food poisoning of Dosa? Coz I'm still not completely recovered. My doc had told me to continue with the medicines as he says its anxitey. But somewhere I feel it is due to something els. Pleas help me.
