I had a radical hysterectomy 2yrs 4months ago, I was left with my right ovary, every month since I get a burning sensation where my left ovary was, I have had three scan and had keyhole where they said there were lots of adhesions. The scans have been clear and the last three months had been pretty much pain free until yesterday where the pain came back with a vengeance, It s getting me down big time any idea what it may be????

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Radical hysterectomy leads to a lot of post operative adhesions, and hence can lead to pain and burning sensation in the ovary and the remnant tissue. It will gradually relieve with time.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
