What Causes Burning Sensation In Mouth After Taking Spicy Food?

whenever I take spicy meals ,my mouth burns . My mouth is always reddish just like I ate paan. I cannot take any kind of normal spicy food . It burns a lot. There are cuts on the lips which reddish. Sometimes I get fever due to this. I tried many medicines both allopathy and unani but to no benefit. This has been my case since 5-6 years. I am unable to eat any spicy food except milk and bread. and vegetables with no spice in it. My age is 80 years.

I really understand your concern, this could be the stomatitis and folic acid deficiency could be the likely cause and in my opinion this condition can be treated with the Tab Folic acid and other vitamins supplements like vitamin c , and B complex, oral preparation for stomatitis can be used that contain salicylic acid or tannic acid, hope this information helps, take care.
