And have mastrubution . now whenever I get burning sensation I will mastrubute.. But I am adicted to it. I will do it once in a day. Now I am facing pain in the left side below abdomen. Is it ok to have pain there?

Noted your history of need to masturbation after having itching sensation in the scrotum is indicative that this is your indication of the need, although a rare and weird thing to happen . If all the tests and scrotal skin are normal as per the Doctor accept this and carry on the life. Yes, the pain you explained is not normal, get clinical examination done by a Doctor preferably a General Surgeon to rule out hernia, or inflammation of the cord and so on and to get appropriate treatment.
