Hello,

Whether your burning sensation over buttock and reddish eruptions are confined to one half of the body or involving both sides. If it is on one side, then it could be a Herpes zoster infection, a nonvenereal condition. Consult your dermato-venereologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S. Murugan
