are there any symptom leading to breast cancer.i caught a cold back in nov.early dec. threw the cold I guess I pulled muscles.icouldnt lift myself out of bed.couldnt get a normal full cough either.lymth nodes swelled and went down.now I felt sick last night tossed and turned got out of be noticed I was having hard time getting myself up again and it hurt .been haven aches ans like burning stinging in breast .frlt my breast and noticed a spot that s hard right above the nipple bigger than a quarter.i just had an exam 4 days ago the knot was not there it come up yesterday.what do I need to do and how does a knot that wasn t there just pop up like that.i had a small one 3 weeks ago went away and I told the doctor that.now you cant miss this knot cause it feels like its attached and goin no where

Hi

After hearing your symptoms i would advise you to do a bilateral mammography test.

If any lesion is found then biopsy has to be done to rule out malignancy.

Since you are having spots around nipple and have swollen lymph nodes you must do this test to find the cause of your problem.
