What Causes Burning Sensation In The Eyes After Using Contact Lens?

I have been using eye drops for seven days for a eye infection I thought it was cleared up, so I put my contract back in and within 30 seconds it felt like fire in my eye! I immediately took the contact back out! I noticed a calcium spot on the outer ring of the contract every since then my eye has been worse and I feel a little knot or bump on my eye but I can not see it with my other eye and other people also can not see it, I think I have something stuck in my eye or have a wart or ulcer in my eye ball! Can you please tell me what you think this is!?
