What is the most common cause of burning in hands? I am 27, healthy, active and expierenced a random sensation of burning and tingling in both my hands last night, and when I woke up it was almost unbearable (felt like they were in a pot of boiling water). There is no redness or swelling, just constant heat sensation that gets worse when touching anything warm. It is mainly in my right hand but comes and goes in the left hand. It has no moved to the arms or anywhere else.

It could occur due to deficiency of vitamin B complex. Did you apply something on your hands a cream which you are allergic to. I suggest you should take vitamin B complex.
