Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* The burning in lower abdomen indicate intestine colic, constipation, pulling of hernia contents or others.
* My recommendations for the same.
- Diet measures to avoid dairy fat, non veg, oily stuffs.
- Get regular smooth bowel evacuations, use bulk forming laxative generously.
- Go for corrective surgery of hernia.

* Usually pista or cashew nuts in minor quantity do not produce gas.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
