So first rule out respiratory causes by chest x ray ...This is because you have difficulty while breathing also ..... If bronchitis not present than no need for worry .... Acid reflux can lead irritation and cough. . So by excess coughing hurting can be there . For heart burn take omeprazole capsule 20 mg on empty stomach before meal. .... Less spicy foods. ... Head elevation while sleeping .... Coffe , chocolate and pestry less .... More water ... Don t assume recumbent position immediate after meal .... Heavy meal avoided ...
