If you would have came to me i would have advised you to get your complete urine examination done as i would be suspecting urinary tract infection as the oral cavity has naturally occurring bacteria which might be shifted to the penis. As I await for the test I would have started you on cranberry extract and if urine exam comes positive then i would have started you on appropriate antibiotics.
