What Causes Burning Sensation In The Stomach After Using Zomelis 50 Mg?

I am taking Gemer PL2 2 times and Zomelis 50 mg before lunch. Everyday morning getting burning sensation in stomach and it continues more or less throughout the day. Is this connected to the medicines? Last 7 days my sugar level was high at 230/340...yesterday pp was 136 but today fasting was 162...measured by Glucometer. Can you guide me how to bring it to control.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Zomelis can be associated with reflux in some persons so it is possible that it is contributing to the burning that you are experiencing.

You may need to look at your diet to see if it can be altered to improve blood sugar control.
If no changes can be made then you may need to look at a change in medication.
Additional meds may be needed.

I hope this helps
