What Causes Burning Sensation In The Upper Chest, Left Shoulder And Neck?

I started having burning in my upper chest early yesterday morning that also is in my left shoulder and lower neck that lasts around 5 minutes then goes away but returns in a half hour to an hour. Ive been down in my back for 5 years now. My foot has turned purple on top and three toes. I have swelling in my calves and foot. Numbness in both hands and feet. It like crazy to walk more than 30 steps. Have had high colesterol and trigliserides since a teen. I m 50 this year. I live with my 80 year old father have no job no insurance and no money. Probably have ADHD and severe depression. I know I need help but I m stuck like Chuck and feel like my time is probably up.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here, and I could say that what ever the symptoms are there if it is related with chest then it has to be taken seriously for cardiac disease and all the cardiac evaluation tests needs to be done like EKG, stress, ECHO and others.
Apart from cardiac illness the most common cause of the chest symptoms could be hyperacidity and allergic condition (Pulmonary inflammatory disease)
Try to come out of the stress it is very important, and till you get done the cardiac test you can try Tab Omeprazole 40mg once in day and it has to be taken at evening time needs to be continue for five weeks
hope this information helps.
