What Causes Burning Sensation In Throat And Upper Chest?

Hi, my doctor recently prescribed me 20 capsules of Flucloxacillin 500mg to try and clear up an infection in my breast. I have been taking them for 3 days and only have a further 2 days to go, but I have noticed when I am taking them, I am experiencing a burning sensation in my throat and upper chest. I dont know if its best to stop taking the course?
