What Causes Burning Sensation On Foot And Numb Toes?

When I got the results from yearly checkup it said that my sugar was normal---In the past several months I have experienced some burning in my foot at the pad beneath my toes, mostly on the right foot. and sometimes it feels as though my toes are numb---It doesn t feel like this all the time---In the past when I would go shopping and get into my car to leave I would get terrible cramps in my foot and when I take my shoe off and push down on my foot for a few minutes it will go away--- I wonder if this could be neuropathy---Thanks for reading this---

Peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes is unlikely as your sugar level is OK.But your symptoms need to be addressed and getting vit B 12 level will help.
There are good chances that a low level gives symptoms of neuropathy.
Moreover check ur bit D level as well.
