What Causes Burning Sensation On Left Testicle?

I have a burning sensation in my left testicle. It started about 2 months ago and lasted for about 10-15 seconds and went away. It happens more frequently now and seems to be a little burning sensation all the time. I also have a discomfort in the lower left side of my stomach and some problem urinating. I have been on Cipro once for 10 days once for 14 days (last pill today). The urination problem seems to be getting better but the burning in the testicle remains. Could this be a prostate infection? If not what would the problem be?

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Orchitis with Funiculitis and Urethritis with CBP-Chronic Bacterial Prostatis.
This could be mostly from STD infection you had sometimes in the past.
You need to continue with Levoflox-500 mg x 3 times a day x 2-6 weeks with close follow up with Lcr testing of the urine or semen after prostate massage.
