What Causes Burning Sensation On Penis Tip?
I have had constant burning in the tip of my penis for the last two years... Many trips to doctors including several urologists... I have had std tests that were all negative. I have been on an antibiotic for ecoli and strep found in my semen. The pain however has not subsided. It hurts now ALL the time.....

Since you have already ruled out infections. It can be due to neuropathy. Check for blood sugar and doing a lumbar spine scan can help diagnose spinal nerve cause.
