What Causes Burning Sensation On Penis With Dark Spots?

Q. i have a burning sensation on my penis starting at the half point going to the head. i also have a couple little dark spots or discolorations, and when it is flaccid the skin looks a bit wrinkled. i have never noticed any kind of discharge before. i recently saw a few pic's of chlamydia and it looks like what i am describing, and yes i have had sex my first time was about a month ago, but I've had this discomfort long before my first time. About 1 to 1 and a half years before my first time. also before i started having sex i was masturbating about 4 to 5 times a week sometimes more, and some times twice a day, .......... extra info...... i does not burn when i pee the burning doesn't feel internal it feels like it's on the surface and i usually feel this burning after i pee not ( during ), after a shower, and after ejaculation it always after these things and like a said i have never noticed a discharge blood or thing like that also there is no pain its just uncomfortable and it goes away after a while............so im not sure what the problem is??????????
