What Causes Burning Sensation On The Eyebrows?

My 9 year old son has a burning sensation on the outer sides of his eyebrows? We just arrived to the pool and it’s 96 degrees but we just got here two mins ago. He felt like he was going to pass out and wanted to lay down but I made him drink a Gatorade and ice water then brought him in the pool to cool off. Feeling little better but still has burning sensation
