General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your history this could be any of following
thromboangitans obliterens or burgers disease
Raynauds disease
Paresthesia due to nutriental deficiency
Cervical rib
in my opinion you should consult your GP/ General surgeon for examination and investigations to look for nerve impingement and nutritional assessment

If you smoke then there are very high possibility for buergers disease

avoid smoking and alcohol
multivitamins supplements like vitamin B 12

hope this helps you
best wishes
