What Causes Burning Sensation On The Thighs After Intercourse?

Hi, i was just wondering why is it that my thighs burn after sex, i'm 20 and i've had sex a few times before, but this always happens, also i find that although i am not a virgin, it can still be quite uncomfortable if i have sex, especially if the person is well endowed, i do have long intervals sometimes between periods when i'm sexually active, could this have anything to do with my discomfort at all?

Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. Prolonged intervals between each intercourse, stress, hormone imbalance and infections can lead to dryness during a sexual interaction. Also, you need to be comfortable with the person with whom you are sexually active. Multiple partners are not advisable as it can lead to several health issues later in life. Burning sensation of the thighs can be due to the trauma during the intercourse, dryness of the skin and use of spermicides and medicated condoms that may irritate the sensitive areas around the genital region. Please see a specialist for further help. Take care.
