What Causes Burning Sensation On Tip Of Penis?

i feel uncomfortable at the tip of my penis, and in night while sleeping i feel its very hot somewhat like burning sensation,i think to put some ice that whould comfort me but i afraid to do that. today i had my urine test for UTI the test is normal.
