What Causes Burning Sensation Throughout The Body While On Xanax?

I have a burning sensation throughout my body (legs, arms, back of neck, and occasionally on my face). It started out as a tingling sensation that still occurs but not as frequent. I ve been experiencing these symptoms for about a little over a month. I am taking Xanax for stress which seems to temporarily alleviate my symptoms. It s not painful, just very irritating, uncomfortable, and scary.

Hello
This may be an allergic reaction to xanax. But there is a possibility that it may be an idiopathic allergic reaction. You can take tablet atarax. Also visit a skin specialist.
