What Causes Burning Sensation When Urinating?

Hi,I have had UTI's in the past. The last one in Sept. I still have the burning sensation when urinating and swelling of the outer vaginal lips. Also I have quite sharp pains on the left side of my back at night, from which I wake up at night. I went to the doctor last week however they said my urinalysis was fine. They also checked for crystals in my urine and found none. Is this normal?Thank you!

I can understand your concern.

You have burning sensation in urine with back pain. But your urine analysis report is normal so nothing to worry. Still go for ultrasound KUB (kidney, ureter, bladder) once. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then take treatment accordingly.
