Hello,
You are having burning sensation after intercourse. It may be indicative of UTI,
vaginal infection, cervical issues due to deep penetrative sex,
vulvodynia triggered after sex. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an
OBGYN, get
urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. You will be treated accordingly. Avoid sex for a couple of days.
Bathe daily and wash your pubic area with a mild soap. Change your underwear at least once a day and after exercise. Do not use highly scented and perfumed products. Do not use tampons or other inserted period products unless you have your period. Avoid the use of sex toys. Your BF, has developed boils in the penis, it can be due to
Fordyce spots that are harmless. But since he has been sexually active, he is suggested to get clinically examined by a
urologist and get STD tests done.
Boils may be indicative of STD, genital warts,
herpes genitals, etc. If positive he will be accordingly treated (with antibiotics / antivirals). He should take care of his hygiene, do not skip showers, should wear cotton underwear and loose fitting clothes. Wash personal items such as towels, washcloths, and sheets regularly in hot water.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
