What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating?

Last week I had missed periods for 6 days late. My marriage was on june 12th and had my periods on june 4th. I went to doctor and UPT was negative and still i did'nt get my periods and again after a week , the result was weakly positive. So I had a scan this monday and doctor said there is no signs of pregnancy. I had burning sensation while urinating and doctor gave medicine for that. The next day i got my periods (July 19th ). It is unusually late for 15 days. Now i'm confused why i got one weakly positive result but no signs of pregnancy in scan and such a late period. Is there any possibility of pregnancy? I am 24 years old
