What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating?

From where I wee it burns, today it has got really uncomfortable and I think I may have a water infection but am scared its worse, I feel like i need to go to the loo urgently and I actually dont. there is also a strong smell after I have been for a wee and it usually does hurt a little towards the end. I know I need to go to the doctor but is there something I can do in the meantime.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely urinary tract infection.A urine routine test will rule out that.I prescribe antibiotics like norfloxacin .If you have fishy smell in vagina and discharge a bacterial vaginosis most likely.In such case i advise to combine metronidazole also with norfloxacin.I also recommend to use intimate wash to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and that will help to prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
