What Causes Burning Sensation While Urination?
My case is 25 year man complaining of burine sensation while passing urine.He is have white thine discharge come out of his arethra.CBC test show increase in WBC and decrease platelet.Also neutrophils is increase.I do urine culture but no things was grow.So what is prpblm and what is the diagnosos

The presence of white blood cells in urine can be related to a urinary tract infection.
I suggest doing a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.
I also suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
I recommend to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice for relieve.
