What Causes Burning Sensations In Urination?

Hi Doc, Can you help me? A week ago I have this burning sensation when I urinate and there was a green discharge on my penis. I am already aware I have gonorrhea when I saw the green discharge on my penis. So I search over the internet what are the medicines I could take. So I take Amoxicilin as Prescribe, and I notice that after I take the antibiotics few days ago I do not see any green discharge or burning sensation when I urinate, but I was advised to have a urine test to make sure if I still have it. So earlier today, I went to the hospital and have a urine test. I got the result but I am a little confuse with the results, Will you please help me understand the result?

You should be looking for the WBC in the urinalysis. If it is high, the infection has not been treated adequately yet and you need medication. Also, you should give your urine for culture and sensitivity mentioning the antibiotics which you have been taking and in what doses. According to the culture reports, you need to change the antibiotics and take a full course.
