I had un protected sex in Dubai with sex worker without discharge in vaginal next day it was burning while passing urine my penis was passing fluid the only intercourse with sex worker was on 3rd July the burning sensation disappear after few days and I had protected sex with my wife on 6th & 12 july each time after sex burning sensation appears while passing urine & disappear after 2days what are the chance of getting infected by HIV to me & my Wife can I still enjoy protected sex with my wife regularly can you suggest some medicine for burning sensation while passing urine and and ring warm appears on mybubp after 5days of the exposed with sex worker
Burning sensation following intercourse, indicates some infection of either urinary tract or reproductive tract. Laboratory investigation of urine and semen would reveal if there is any infection or not. On the basis of outcome, further investigations and treatment have to be planned.
